An intense red/orange pumpkin with hard exterior, flattened shape, and deep lobes. Named for its resemblance to the pumpkin carriage from Cinderella. Having origins in France, Cinderella pumpkins are a French heirloom variety pumpkin. Popular in the markets of Paris during the 1880’s.  A must-have addition in fall ornamental displays.

This pumpkin's rich, thick flesh is moist and custard-like and is valued for its sweet flavor and creamy texture which make it ideal for use in pies, breads, cookies, and cakes.  It can also be sliced and roasted.
