An heirloom squash that gets its name from the unique, large silver edged seeds inside of its fruit. The attractive white fruit have green mottled stripes similar to a cushaw and make for a unique addition to fall ornamental displays. The flesh is usually not eaten but its seeds are delicious when roasted and are easily hulled.
