Also called a Shamrock Squash.  This is a very unique, ornamental heirloom variety that was imported from Australia in 1932. This light sea-green squash is lobed like a three leaf clover making a very unusual appearance for autumn arrangements. They weigh about 10 lbs each and have sweet orange, fine-grained flesh. An exquisite variety for eating or decorating. Like other winter squash the triamble squash works well in soups as well as roasted or mashed as a side.
