A very unique and unusual gourd. The large oval goose egg shaped gourds have 8-10 fingers that extend toward the blossom end, forming ribs on the sides of the fruit. The cream colored fruit closely resemble a large Crown of Thorns gourd. Yugoslavian Fingers is an excellent ornamental type for fall decoration and marketing. This is a pepo type so you can eat them when young. Mature and dried they are great decorative pieces.
