A vibrant ivory, slightly flattened, smooth-skinned pumpkin with subtle ribs. These medium-sized pumpkins weigh about 8 to 10 pounds and have very thick flesh, making them difficult to carve. A popular pumpkin for decorating or painting, its light orange, sweet flesh is often used in pies.
